Vintage Johnson Brothers large rectangular soup tureen with lid. China pattern is "The Friendly Village" which has been discontinued. Stamp on bottom says Made in England by Johnson Bros and has the pattern name.

The piece is in vintage used condition and shows wear from use. It has some crazing and some of the colors have faded. The pattern stamp on the underside has some of the mailbox worn off.
