Set of Six 6 Johnson Bros England English Chippendale Cups & Saucers
Set of Six 6 Johnson Bros England English Chippendale Cups & Saucers. Measure 2¼ inches tall, the mouth measures 3 5/8 inches in diameter and the base measures 1 7/8 inches in diameter. The base is impressed "Made In England". The saucer has a nice well and scalloped edge and measures 5 ¾ inches in diameter.
The base is marked in red ink "English Chippendale" followed by the Johnson Brothers crown logo, Johnson Bros. England Design Patent 103,232. All twelve pieces are in excellent vintage condition with no nicks, chips, cracks, repairs, scratches, discoloration or crazing noted.
